Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Operational Excellence Intern to support digital systems, training content, and improvement initiatives. You will create Dozuki content, assist in developing training materials, and support dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.

This is a year-round, on-site internship with part-time hours. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a passion for Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and technical writing,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree; currently have at least 2 semesters remaining.
• Interest in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Data Analytics, Technical Writing, or related fields.
• Ability to work year-round, part-time and collaborate with others.
• Strong computer skills; ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain digital work instructions, training content, and Dozuki documents.
• Develop training materials including videos, photos, and modules.
• Assist in dashboard and report development using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Support project tracking, process documentation, and presentation development.
