Schreiber Foods, Inc. is offering a year-round HR internship in Green Bay, WI. The role supports the HR Americas Leadership Team with data analytics, presentations, and Workday data entry.

It combines school-year part-time hours with full-time summer hours, on a flexible hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office. Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• HR or Management emphasis preferred.
• Sophomore status or higher preferred.
• Plan to pursue a bachelor's degree immediately after associates (May 2028 grads or later).
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Part-time during school year; full-time during summer/winter breaks.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and analyze data to support HR metrics and dashboards.
• Create clear, effective presentations and training materials.
• Enter job and position details into Workday.
• Assist with the Schreiber Intern Program.
• Ensure HR policies are up to date and compliant.
• Support programs and activities advancing HR Business Support strategy.
• Review and write job descriptions with the business.
• Proactively search for hourly production candidates and assist with phone interviews.
