The internship pays $18.75 per hour and supports the Schreiber Intern Program while gaining exposure to HR dashboards and policy compliance. You will collaborate with HR leadership, analyze data, create presentations, and help with job descriptions and candidate sourcing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• HR or Management emphasis preferred.
• Sophomore status or higher preferred.
• Available year-round, part-time during the school year and full-time during breaks.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Reliable internet connection (min 10 Mbps) for remote/hybrid work.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and analyze data to support HR metrics and dashboards.
• Create clear, effective presentations and training materials.
• Enter job and position details into Workday.
• Assist with the Schreiber Intern Program.
• Ensure HR policies are up to date and compliant.
• Support programs and activities that advance HR Business Support strategy.
• Partner with the business to review and write job descriptions.
• Proactively search for hourly production candidates using online tools and assist with phone interviews.
