Job summary

Schreiber Foods’ Green Bay, WI internship offers a paid, hybrid schedule with 3 onsite days and the rest remote. You’ll gain hands-on experience in order-to-cash, ERP updates, EDI, and GenAI-driven order entry while collaborating with Customer Planners, Sales, and Supply Chain.

You’ll participate in real projects, with mentorship, a company laptop, and growth opportunities. Expect ~20 hours/week during the school year and more during breaks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 semesters remaining.
• Majors in Business Administration, Analytics, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Able to work 20 hours/week during school year; more during breaks.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with orders and customer processes in order-to-cash.
• Learn ERP changes and mass updates; assist with EDI and GenAI entry.
• Collaborate across supply chain, customer planning, and sales.
• Analyze reports and suggest process improvements.
• Support projects and daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
