Job summary

Abbott Laboratories seeks an Order Management Analyst to optimize order entry and pre-shipment workflows, partnering with IT, Finance, Patient Access and vendors to translate business needs into practical designs.

The role develops and reports key operational metrics, creates SOPs, and drives improvements across order management while sustaining accurate revenue capture and a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 6+ years in a customer-focused, financial services, data entry, or order management role.
• 2+ years in process improvement, system administration, automation, vendor management, leadership, order management or technical writing.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; good internet navigation and email skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects affecting department decisions and strategy.
• Collaborate with vendors to enhance processes and track progress.
