• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet navigation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports various projects that inform department decisions and strategy.
• Works with vendors to enhance processes, answer questions, track roster and progress of initiatives.
• Collaborates with leadership and stakeholders to improve automation of processes.
• Collects, clarifies, and translates business requirements into documentation and conceptual design.
• Collaborates cross-functionally on workflows impacting Order Management and launches.
• Provides guidance and mentorship on process improvements and problem solving.
