Job summary

Abbott Laboratories seeks a Senior Analyst, Operations Analytics to act as an internal consultant across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Logistics. You will build analyses and dashboards to improve process efficiency and inform strategic decisions.

You will evaluate product and strategy impacts, communicate findings to leadership, and support multiple business units with ad hoc reporting. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, physics, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant business analytics experience.
• Proficient in visualization tools and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Experience with programming languages and data tools (R/SAS/Python/SQL).
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain analyses, models, or dashboards for process optimization and forecasting.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate findings to leadership verbally, visually, and in writing.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and cross-functional support for decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, IT, and other functions in a matrix environment.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
