Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Education or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 6+ years in a customer-focused, financial services, data entry, or order management role requiring attention to detail.
• 2+ years in process improvement, system administration, automation, vendor management, leadership, order management or technical writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; internet navigation and email usage.
