Job summary

Brio Water Technology seeks an Order Operations Manager to own and optimize our order management from receipt to fulfillment. This hands-on role works across Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations, driving improvements and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in supervisory or senior roles within order management or customer service, with strong CRM/Excel skills and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on supervisory or leadership experience in order-related roles.
• Lead or senior representative experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of order management from entry to fulfillment.
• Experience coordinating with Warehouse, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Office.
• Reliable and customer-focused service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead order management operations end-to-end.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Proactively communicate order status updates to customers.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics for timely fulfillment.
• Resolve escalated shipping issues and order discrepancies.
• Manage backorders, special orders, and custom orders.
• Support Will Call customers and ensure smooth pickup experience.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and train customer service team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation in ERP/CRM.
• Partner across departments to address shortages and fulfillment challenges.
• Prioritize competing demands with accuracy and professionalism.
