Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the customer service team and ensure high‑level order management.

You will train staff, handle escalated issues, and collaborate with sales, production planning and transportation to keep customers informed and orders on time. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5 years of supply chain experience, and prior supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5 years of supply chain experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience in beverage/food/liquid consumer products preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong facilitation, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure performance against customer expectations.
• Train Customer Service teammates.
• Provide exceptional service through timely and accurate communication.
• Handle escalated customer service issues with specialists.
• Oversee the Customer Service department and processes.
• Coordinate with sales, production planning and transportation for on‑time fulfillment.
• Manage orders from receipt to delivery.
