Qualifications

• 2+ years in order management, customer service, or operations.
• Proficient with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of SOs/POs workflows and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding and account setup.
• Review and process customer purchase orders accurately.
• Validate, update, and maintain order information in Dynamics 365.
• Perform compliance and credit checks while maintaining documentation per policies.
• Coordinate order status and shipment updates with vendors and 3PL partners.
• Provide customers with order updates, ship dates, and issue resolution.
• Process sales orders, vendor receipts, and invoicing activities.
• Manage escalations and exceptions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support invoicing, customer credits, and billing adjustments.
• Maintain records of order transactions and changes.
