Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.
• Experience with quoting and inventory management preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite a plus.
• Familiarity with EDI or electronic order processing.
• Strong written communication in an email-based environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.
• Onsite in Franklin, TN; Mon-Thu 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Fri 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and internal teams through the order lifecycle.
• Handle customer communication, order entry, quotes, and inventory inquiries.
• Coordinate shipping and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• Process orders via email and EDI platforms.
• Assist with freight arrangements and update customers on status.
• Collaborate with internal departments on requests, inventory, and shipping.
