Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of order management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and cross-department collaboration.
• Degree not required.

Responsabilités

• Receive, review, and enter customer purchase orders into SAP or other order management systems.
• Verify pricing and inventory availability and release orders for warehouse processing.
• Maintain customer records, shipping instructions, and order documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, sales, and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Use Excel to analyze sales and inventory reports, manage order allocations, and support shipping logistics.
• Research customer claims, shipping discrepancies, inventory shortages, and potential chargebacks.
• Process returns, international orders, and e-commerce order requirements.
• Monitor customer websites for accurate product information and coordinate updates with internal teams.
• Provide professional customer service and assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
