An established industry player is looking for an Order Management Specialist to enhance customer service and streamline order fulfillment. In this role, you will enter and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing from quote to invoice. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing assistance with order status and stock checks while developing positive relationships with clients. The OMS enters customer orders and ensures order integrity from the quote to invoice, maintaining timely communication between internal and external parties. The OMS also is the lead responder to incoming phones calls, fields general customer inquiries for stock checks, price checks and order status, and helps connect customers to the appropriate internal resources.
