The role requires 3+ years in customer service/account management for large retailers, with knowledge of logistics and inventory management, plus proficiency in MS Office, Excel, EDI and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/account management experience (for large national retailers).
• Experience in logistics and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, EDI and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned customer accounts from order entry through delivery and follow-up support.
• Act as the primary contact for customers by providing updates and resolving concerns.
• Review and process orders (pricing, inventory, shipping, customer requirements).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure order fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Monitor compliance, portals, routing guides, and procedures; support reporting and continuous improvement.
