Job summary

Ektello is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst (Demand Planning) for a 12-month onsite assignment in Plano, TX. The role focuses on coordinating demand planning and PSI processes with Product Managers and Key Account Managers.

Responsibilities include preparing materials for demand planning meetings, securing sales and production visibility, reviewing documents for accuracy, supporting forecast inputs and variance analysis, and maintaining inventories to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• Microsoft Office proficient, especially Advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interface directly with retail partners and senior leadership
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make sound, data driven decisions in complex and evolving business environments

Responsibilities

• Prepare material for Demand Planning (PSI) and business update meetings in which critical supply and demand issues are discussed for decisions
• Perform planning to secure sales and production visibility through improvement and stabilization of logic that provides Return to Forecast (RTF)
• Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and achieve confirmation to standards and specifications
• Support demand review processes through forecast inputs, reporting, and variance analysis
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands
