About The Role:

CoreWeave is in a critical phase of expansion, having experienced remarkable continued growth in 2024. As an Order Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the order-to-cash process by ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure all agreements are booked in accordance with our bookings policy, assist in resolving order discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements. Reporting to the Deal Desk Manager, you will help drive operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction. As we scope and onboard a CPQ solution, you’ll provide important solution design feedback and help us test and enable the new process to the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing & Validation: Review and process order forms, ensuring Salesforce data matches the order for accurate downstream billing and accounting; own the end-to-end process of booking a non-standard order.
  • Contract & Pricing Compliance: Verify that order details align with approved pricing, contract terms, and discounting guidelines.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth order flow for both standard and non-standard deals.
  • Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and in our new CPQ solution.
  • Support & Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for sales and commercial accounting team members for questions or issues related to deal structure and billing.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to the order management process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Assist in maintaining order management documentation and support reporting efforts related to revenue and bookings.
  • Month End Close: Work with Finance to ensure our books are closed on time and in accordance with audit expectations.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in order management, sales operations, revenue operations, finance operations, or a related role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of orders with accuracy.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with CPQ solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams.
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or high-growth tech environment.
  • Expertise in CPQ tools and subscription billing models.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition principles and basic finance concepts.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000-$110,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

What We Offer:
