We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting and Order Management Specialist to join our team. This position requires a strong understanding of QuickBooks Online, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• QuickBooks Online Management: Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Order Entry and Routing: Enter customer orders promptly and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure accurate preparation and timely shipment of orders.
• Chargeback Handling: Manage and resolve chargebacks from clients by maintaining proper documentation and communication.
• Document and File Organization: Maintain and organize company files and records, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports on financial and operational performance.
• Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office: Utilize Adobe PDF for document handling and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks and reporting.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Adobe PDF, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and warehouse staff.
• Experience managing chargebacks is a plus.
• High level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
This is a collaborative role that involves regular communication with various departments, including sales and operations.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
