Role Overview

• Order & License Fulfillment: Manage daily order backlog, process sales orders, validate sales quotes and POs, ensure timely invoicing, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships across departments, resolve issues, communicate order status, and ensure customer ship dates are met.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: Conduct weekly audits, generate reports on backlog and order quality, identify process gaps, and lead initiatives for operational efficiencies.
• Special Projects: Participate in projects to improve systems, automate processes, and enhance operational documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in order fulfillment or related experience.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Customer service and sales-focused mindset.
• Proficient in GSheet/Excel (pivots, charts, XLOOKUP).
• Strong communication skills.
