Responsibilities

• Enter orders; confirm receipt and pricing back to customers.
• Match bills to paperwork from the shipping department.
• Confirm pricing for previous days' orders and deliver to accounting.
• Maintain files for all customers and update as needed.
• Format weekly production run schedule with Sales; build truck sheet.
• Assist transportation clerk with scheduling.
• Process Sysco orders and orders from EDI.
• Input data into multiple reports weekly.
• Check weekly shipments with outside freezers for order status.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to customers, visitors, and prospects.
• Handle additional office tasks as needed.
