Job summary

Ravago Americas is seeking a Warehouseman to manage inventory in RCNA warehouses and support shipment and receipt processes. You will operate forklift machinery, verify lots and weights, and ensure documentation aligns with procedures.

This role requires strong communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing and Warehouses to close out work orders and maintain accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel); Teams and SharePoint familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with RCNA warehouse duties as directed by the manager.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse machinery to unload, load and move materials.
• Reconcile warehouse inventory to supplied paperwork; ensure accuracy of lots, packaging codes and weights.
• Ensure shipments/receipts are handled per RCNA Warehouse SOP; communicate damaged materials to relevant parties.
• Coordinate with CSR, Buyer, Claims Coordinator & Inventory Coordinators on work orders and changes.
• Update month-end reports and perform adjustments for rounding or small pounds as needed.
