Job summary

UNOX S.p.A. in Tokyo is seeking an Administration & Logistics Specialist to manage customer orders, master data, and coordination with logistics partners. The role supports SAP and future ERP implementations and involves close collaboration with Sales, Accounting, and internal teams.

The position offers international mobility and relocation support, with a focus on accurate data entry and cross-functional cooperation across the Unox Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, order management, customer service, or accounting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP/ERP experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills and collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• English proficiency; knowledge of Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer POs, create and maintain customer accounts, process orders, prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery notes and invoices.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, shipping instructions, consignment stock, PODs, returns, exchanges, and logistics communication.
• Handle employee travel expenses and reimbursements.
• Perform data entry and maintain information across systems, including customer-specific EDI and web ordering platforms.
• Provide Sales with order, inventory, shipment, and customer information; support credit collection and collaborate with accounting.
