Qualifications

• Experience in order management, supply chain coordination, or project coordination.
• Strong data management and reporting skills with Excel, Sheets, and Office.
• Experience using project management tools (Jira or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive issue resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with KPIs, workflow optimization, and structured reporting.

Responsibilities

• Order Management & Intake Coordination: manage intake of new orders and end-to-end lifecycle.
• Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination: build relationships to ensure reliable fulfillment.
• Process Improvement & Data Management: optimize workflows using Jira, Sheets, and Office.
• Project Coordination & Reporting: assist planning and track order-related KPIs.
