Job summary

Camco Manufacturing in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support distributors, dealers, and retail partners by handling orders, updates, credits, returns, and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. You will coordinate with Sales, Shipping, and Accounts Receivable, maintain account information, and resolve pricing or invoicing issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of customer service, account support, order management, or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Basic understanding of order processing, pricing, invoicing, and related business processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Dynamics 365 or order management tools.

Responsibilities

• Process, monitor, and manage sales orders from entry through fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate products, pricing, shipment method, lead time, and account information.
• Research, validate, and resolve pricing, invoicing, order, credit, deduction, return, and account discrepancies.
• Enter, process, and follow up on customer complaints, service issues, and returns.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams regarding order status and resolutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Shipping, Transportation, Supply Chain, and Accounts Receivable for timely fulfillment.
• Provide inside support to Sales and field reps, including account setup and portal activity.
• Provide backup coverage for Customer Service team as needed.
• Document issues, follow-up actions, and resolutions clearly and accurately.
• Assist with process improvements and cross-training as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality requirements, and attendance expectations.
