Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Line Coordinator to support the fulfillment of customer orders in our distribution center in Mocksville, NC. The role requires flexibility to transfer between line functions as needed and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include ensuring materials reach their destination, adjusting conveyor speeds, clearing jams, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and related experience; reading English shipping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Related experience preferred.
• Reading English shipping labels.
• Following written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials reach the proper end destination.
• Adjust equipment speeds and positions to improve efficiency of the conveyor or line system.
• Clear jams and remove damaged materials by stopping the conveyor or line and using hand tools, poles, and bars.
• Transfers between functions within the DC as directed by the supervisor on an as needed basis.
• Observes all safety and work guidelines.
• Maintains work area in a clean and orderly manner.
