Job summary

Camco Manufacturing is headquartered in Greensboro, NC, and seeks a Customer Service Representative to support distributors, dealers, and retail partners with accurate order processing, proactive communication, and professional issue resolution. The role involves end-to-end order handling, pricing validation, and collaboration with Sales, Shipping, and AR to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of order processing, account maintenance, pricing, credits, deductions, invoicing, or related business processes.

Responsibilities

• Process, monitor, and manage sales orders from entry through fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate products, pricing, shipment method, lead time, account information, and order documentation.
• Enter, process, and follow up on customer complaints, service complaints, and return authorizations within department timelines.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams regarding order status, issues, delays, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Shipping, Transportation, Supply Chain, and Accounts Receivable to support timely fulfillment.
• Provide inside support to Sales and outside sales representatives, including account setup, account analysis, customer follow-up, customer portal activity, and administrative requests.
• Document issues, follow-up actions, and resolutions clearly and accurately.
• Assist with process improvements, standard operating procedures, and cross-training initiatives as business needs evolve.
