Job summary

Bal Seal Engineering Foothill Ranch, located in Lake Forest, CA, is seeking a Customer Relations & Order Management Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the order fulfillment process. Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer communications in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 2+ years in related fields, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer relations, order management, inside sales, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process customer purchase orders by contract review and entering sales orders into the system.
• Process quotes following pricing and lead time guidelines.
• Collaborate with outside sales to meet customer needs.
• Ensure customer requirements are documented.
• Investigate urgent order concerns and coordinate corrective actions.
• Communicate order status and delays to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to support requirements.
• Follow up on requests and open issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage customer complaints and RMAs.
