SNF Holding Company seeks a Customer Service Representative in Riceboro, GA to serve as a liaison, provide product and service information, and resolve customer issues to ensure high satisfaction. You will process orders, handle inquiries, and support the regional sales team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of customer support experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and are proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of proven customer support experience.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders, check order status.
• Handle complaints, returns, and pricing issues with timely solutions.
• Assist customers with order discrepancies and information requests.
• Maintain accurate customer master data.
• Support regional sales by liaising with customers.
• Document orders accurately in imaging systems and assist order-to-bill processes.
