Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers and the sales team through the order lifecycle from Waunakee, WI. You will handle order entry, product support, and collaboration with Engineering, Warehouse, and Sales to resolve inquiries.

New hires begin in an Order Processing Representative role, focusing on order entry and system navigation, learning products and ERP, then expanding to more customer interaction and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, order entry, or related experience.
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within SAP.
• Provide customer and sales support via phone and email.
• Generate quotes and assist with pricing inquiries.
• Track and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve customer-specific questions and order issues.
• Handle restocking requests, returns, and order modifications.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Utilize Outlook, Excel, SAP, and CRM tools to manage daily responsibilities.
• Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all order-related activities.
