Job summary

ProMinent Fluid Controls Inc is seeking an Order Entry professional in Pittsburgh, PA, to enter customer orders and process credit return requests in SAP. This full-time role requires accurate data handling and timely documentation across departments.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of data entry experience and a high school diploma, with strong keyboard skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe. SAP knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of data entry experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient keyboarding with 60–90 wpm, high accuracy.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process all incoming orders in SAP.
• Transfer documents into SAP (PDF, Word, Outlook).
• Modify customer sales order data as needed.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct incompatibilities.
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data as necessary.
• Support various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
