Job summary

Versa-Tags, Inc. is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our Customer Support team in Missouri. You will input stock and custom orders into our ERP system with speed and accuracy, ensuring production receives exact customer specifications.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, strong data-entry skills (50+ WPM), and excellent communication with customers and colleagues. Shift times are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Friday 7:30am-4pm, with opportunities to assist the team as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years of detailed data-entry experience.
• Experience entering customer product orders preferred.
• Excellent general computer skills and 50+ WPM.
• Strong phone, verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders accurately and quickly.
• Verify item, pricing, customer and shipping information.
• Resolve discrepancies per standard processes or escalate order issues.
• Assist customers by phone when needed.
• Input all orders into ERP to support production.
