TEKsystems in Dayton, MN is seeking a customer service specialist to answer 50-80 calls per day, handle product questions, shipping and order status, and document interactions in the CRM. The role is onsite and contract-to-hire, Monday–Friday 8:15am–5pm.
You will review inquiries, process returns, respond to deductions and policy questions, and communicate via email and internal portals. Relevant experience in a customer-facing role and ERP familiarity are preferred.
Answer 50-80 calls per day from customers inquiring about company products, shipping/order status, product questions, etc.
Communicate with customers via email, and internal company portal.
Accurately document all customer interactions via CRM system.
Review and process customer inquiries and customer returns.
Process and respond to customer questions for deductions on returns, requirements, and other needs (repack fees, restock fees, held invoices, policy adjustments, and various other discrepancies).
Answer questions regarding returns policies, procedures, and research extenuating circumstances as necessary.
Monday-Friday, 8:15am-5pm
Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, MN.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
