Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system
• Enter, update, and maintain order information and customer records
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and shipment status
• Coordinate with internal departments including sales, purchasing, production, and shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor open orders and proactively communicate updates to customers
• Resolve customer concerns and discrepancies in a professional manner
• Generate and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and order documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
