Job summary

Arhaus in Conover, NC is seeking a Customer Service Order Entry Associate to handle order entry and related tasks in the Customer Service department. The role is full-time, on-site, with overtime as needed and a focus on accurate processing and timely responses.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Weekend OT may be required.
