Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Customer Service Associate in North Carolina to support the Customer Service Lead and Manager with order processing across COM, CFA, and CTM. You will handle inquiries about fabric availability, assist with weekly tickets for casing and core schedules, and provide backup for Order Proofing in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service Lead Person and Manager.
• Handle COM, CFA, and CTM orders; mail CFA's to customers and track approvals.
• Manage 860 changes daily and provide back-up for Order Proofing.
• Answer questions about fabric availability and process weekly tickets for casing/core schedules.
• May be cross-trained to support other functions as needed.
