Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily distribution operations in Conover, NC, ensuring on-time product flow and high customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, coordinate with the process manager, and optimize resources across receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Ability to train staff in loading and warehousing.
Willingness to adjust schedule and hours as needed.
Leadership and supervisory experience with management principles.
Understanding of warehousing operations: order picking, packing, shipping.
Knowledge of coaching and counseling staff.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision to distribution team members.
Ensure timely product receipt, order fulfillment, and resource optimization.
Maintain compliant processes and drive team initiatives.
Supervise daily operations until work is complete.
Develop and implement performance metrics and audit processes.
Support hiring activities within the DC.
Ensure safety and quality compliance.
Communicate clearly with team and stakeholders.
