Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer communications using standardized response workflows.
Enter and update customer orders with a focus on accuracy.
Provide order status updates and shipping information.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Process high-volume EDI orders.
Support account management and sales teams with administrative coordination.
Monitor the full order lifecycle to identify root causes of delays.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
