Job summary

ABB, based in the United States, seeks an Order Handling Specialist to be onsite in Florence, SC. You will provide customer and technical support, process orders, and coordinate with Sales, Logistics and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely product delivery.

Ideal candidates have a background in customer support or quality management within manufacturing, and are proficient in Microsoft Office and ABB systems such as SPINE, SAP and SOM.

Qualifications

• Customer support or quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience combination as stated.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics and other teams.
• Act as first point of contact for customers’ queries and orders and resolve issues.
• Support after-sales service and ensure effective customer communication via commercial tools.
• Support targets achievement by monitoring progress and implementing improvements.
