Job summary

CPC is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator in Minnesota. You will review customer PO details, process orders in ESKER OCR and Oracle ERP, and handle quotes and communications with customers.

The role supports shipping dates, credits, and RMAs while collaborating with CPC Specialists and the Supply Chain to ensure accurate order cycles. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, typing 70+ WPM with high accuracy, and comfort with up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience.
Typing speed of at least 70 WPM with 99% accuracy.
Strong attention to detail.
Role may require up to 5% travel.

Responsibilities

Review incoming customer purchase orders for pricing, ship-to and bill-to details, CPC part numbers, and quantities.
Process new and updated orders in ESKER OCR and Oracle ERP System.
Create and update customer quotes in Oracle ERP System.
Ensure accurate email contacts for order acknowledgements, packing slips and invoices.
Collaborate with CPC Specialist and Supply Chain to provide accurate shipping dates throughout the order cycle.
Process credits, debits, and RMAs in Microsoft CRM and Oracle ERP.
Record order-entry complaints in CRM and drive to resolution.
Coordinate with shared services on process improvements.
