Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with minimum 2 years of business-related training/experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related area is preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and data-entry skills.
• Effective communication with customers and fellow employees.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/office environment with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders in a timely manner with accuracy.
• Ensure orders are entered using current sales policies, valid quotes and current price lists.
• Refer customers to internal/external resources when needed.
• Handle correspondence and telephone calls related to orders, credits, returns, etc.
• Build strong customer relationships and retention through exceptional service and product understanding.
• Work with others in a team-based environment to achieve company goals and resolve problems.
• Follow up with customers and request additional information as needed.
• Navigate ERP systems for orders, status, and reports.

Education

High school diploma or GED, 2 years business-related training/experience

Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
