Job summary

apog is seeking a Client Services Representative I to act as the primary contact for clients and prepare orders for manufacturing. You will process orders, verify pricing, and coordinate with shipping to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience, with proficiency in order entry and Microsoft Office. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with order entry processes and software preferred.
• Strong time management, organization, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders via phone, email, or other channels ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Check product availability and confirm orders can be filled promptly.
• Input client orders with product details, quantities, and client information into the database.
• Verify pricing and apply promotions or discounts to orders.
• Collaborate with shipping/logistics to ensure orders are shipped on time and track status for clients.
