Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail sales support, order coordination, logistics, shipping, or customer service preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prioritize in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with coordinating customer orders from placement through pickup.
• Track order status, package readiness, pickup timing, and customer communication needs.
• Coordinate scheduled pickups with customers, sales associates, drivers, and internal teams.
• Verify order information and documentation before release; maintain accurate records.
• Communicate pickup instructions and updates; support order coordination improvements.
