# Client ConciergeUSD 25.00 Hourly|Sales 1st floor in 351 N Beverly Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, USAFull-time RegularThe Client Concierge supports the Sales Team and Customer Service of our Flagship Store by coordinating customer orders from preparation through pickup, helping ensure each order is accurate, ready on time, and communicated clearly to the customer. This role assists with order tracking, package readiness, pickup scheduling, customer updates, and internal follow-up between sales, inventory, shipping, and store operations.**Key Responsibilities*** Assist the sales team with coordinating customer orders from order placement through package pickup.* Track order status, package readiness, pickup timing, and customer communication needs* Coordinate scheduled pickups with customers, sales associates, delivery drivers / couriers, and internal team members.* Verify order information, customer details, package labels (if applicable) and required documentation before release.* Monitor order and pickup queues to prioritize time-sensitive requests and support efficient sales follow-through.* Maintain accurate records of order status, pickup confirmations, exceptions, and unresolved issues.
