Job summary

GEARYS Beverly Hills is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to ensure a seamless experience for clients in person, online, and by phone or email. You will manage orders, returns, back orders, complaints, and refunds, collaborating with sales, buying, stockroom, IT, and accounting to maintain accuracy and satisfaction.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and a team-oriented, proactive approach to meeting client expectations in a fast-paced luxury retail

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across in-person, phone, and email channels.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties while maintaining accurate order fulfillment.
• Keen eye for detail to resolve issues and uphold GEARYS standards.
• Self-starter with initiative to maintain workflow in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn new systems and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders, returns, back orders, complaints, and refunds.
• Manage customer correspondence and maintain professional, timely communication.
• Collaborate with sales and buying offices to ensure commitments to clients.
• Coordinate with stockroom on back orders and stock levels.
• Assist in engraving coordination and vendor communications as needed.
• Support IT and accounting to ensure accurate order processing and payments.
