Amgen seeks an Associate Director, Orchestration Engine – Business Lead to own portfolio alignment, define cross-channel customer experiences, and drive NBA, audience activation, and journey orchestration across brands. This role partners with Decision Sciences, Technology, and vendors to create scalable, reusable solutions.

The position requires leading matrixed teams, defining eligibility and governance, and ensuring compliant, explainable workflows.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with 3+ years in Commercial/Marketing/Analytics or related function
• Multiple degree options listed in job spec with experience requirements across brands
• Experience owning business requirements, prioritization, and adoption of orchestration capabilities

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Orchestration Engine business lead for assigned portfolio across brand teams.
• Translate objectives into business requirements, decision rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead design, deployment readiness, and adoption of orchestration capabilities across channels.
