Job summary

Axtria is seeking a Senior Omnichannel Orchestration Lead to partner with commercial teams of leading pharma clients. The role blends delivery leadership with business development, designing AI-powered journeys and aligning field and non-personal channels for maximum impact.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in pharma, strong orchestration experience, and a track record in client relationships and new business. Hybrid work with travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of pharma/Life Sciences experience in marketing, sales ops or commercial roles.
• Experience orchestrating both field and non-personal promotion channels.
• Track record in business development: shaping solutions and growing pipeline.
• Curiosity for AI, GenAI and martech to apply to client problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end omnichannel orchestration strategy across multiple brands and clients.
• Lead governance forums, define KPIs and drive data-driven improvements.
• Drive BD by shaping omnichannel solutions and responding to RFIs/RFPs, building pipeline.
