Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience in digital capability management or capability ownership within cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CRM, orchestration, or customer engagement technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global capability strategy and roadmap aligned to priorities.
• Translate business needs into measurable capability solutions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Activation Leads, Tech Leads, and development teams to ensure delivery.
• Lead discovery with users and stakeholders to validate value and feasibility.
• Deliver scalable capability frameworks and governance standards.
• Monitor adoption, KPIs, and backlog to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop documentation and plan sprints with the Tech Lead and teams.
• Drive experimentation to improve outcomes in omnichannel orchestration.
