Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience in digital capability management or capability ownership within cross-functional teams.
Experience with CRM, orchestration, or customer engagement technologies.

Responsibilities

Define and own the global capability strategy and roadmap aligned to priorities.
Translate business needs into measurable capability solutions and outcomes.
Collaborate with Activation Leads, Tech Leads, and development teams to ensure delivery.
Lead discovery with users and stakeholders to validate value and feasibility.
Deliver scalable capability frameworks and governance standards.
Monitor adoption, KPIs, and backlog to drive continuous improvement.
Develop documentation and plan sprints with the Tech Lead and teams.
Drive experimentation to improve outcomes in omnichannel orchestration.
