Chicago Dental Implants, Oral & Facial Surgery (CDI) is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations across four locations in Illinois. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating front office and treatment coordination teams while traveling between offices to ensure consistency and high service levels.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and patient experience.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Travel Required: Regular travel between all four office locations.

Chicago Dental Implants, Oral & Facial Surgery (CDI) is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved in the day‑to‑day success of a practice while supporting and developing a strong team.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, Front Desk Lead, or similar leadership role in a dental, oral surgery, or healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable balancing management responsibilities with hands‑on support when needed
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with WinOMS is a plus
