Oral Surgery Partners in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage patient care plans from consultation through treatment completion. You will meet with patients, explain procedures and financial obligations, and provide resources to help them understand their options.

The role includes coordinating treatment scheduling, ensuring pre-treatment steps are complete, assisting with insurance questions and payment plans, and maintaining accurate EHR records.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalency.
• Experience: Healthcare setting experience preferred; scheduling via multi-system phone line experience desirable.
• Knowledge: Understanding of surgical workflows from consultation to execution; HIPAA and healthcare compliance familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to discuss treatment plans and educate them on procedures and costs.
• Coordinate scheduling of treatments, surgeries, and follow-ups; ensure pre-treatment steps are completed.
• Discuss costs with patients, review insurance benefits, and assist with payment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR and communicate with clinical/front-office teams.
• Adhere to HIPAA and clinic policies; provide empathetic, patient-focused care coordination.
