Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an Internal Controls Manager to design and implement robust governance, risk, and compliance controls for Oracle-enabled platform transformations. You will lead cross-functional teams, advise senior stakeholders, and drive adoption of automated and standardized controls.

You will work across strategy, risk assessment, and testing phases, ensuring controls align with regulatory requirements and client objectives while leveraging AI and analytics to strengthen the control

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; travel 0–100% depending on business need.
Minimum 5 years designing, implementing, and/or assessing business-process risks and controls across cycles.
Minimum 2 years leading a workstream or project team in ERP transformation.
Travel requirements across client engagements; willing to travel.
Preferred certifications such as CPA, CISA, or CIA.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement internal-control strategies for Oracle-enabled platform transformations.
Lead client engagements and workshops with business, technology, compliance, internal audit, and executives.
Design future-state controls and embed them across the system development lifecycle.
Monitor and evaluate Oracle security, roles, and access controls across ERP/HR modules.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members while growing the Platform Internal Controls practice.
